How it works?

We prepare two or three façade concepts that show different shapes, proportions and colour schemes. You compare them side by side and choose the direction that fits your brand or your taste, and we refine it with your feedback.
Step 3 – Materials and Detailing
We select exterior materials such as stone, cladding, glass, metal, textured paint or timber-look panels, with sample boards for you to see and touch. We choose finishes that suit your climate and budget, and we detail the joints, drainage and fixings so the exterior lasts.
Step 4 – Lighting and 3D views
We plan exterior lighting for the façade, the entrance, signage and landscape, and we create realistic 3D views for day and night. You see exactly how the building will look at sunset and after dark before work begins.
Step 5 – Site Build and Finishing
Our team coordinates the façade work on site, including the structure for cladding, the installation of materials, the glazing, the lighting and the final finishing. We check quality at each stage and fix any defects before handover.
